This hatchery system is a turnkey solution with a designed capacity of 1.1 million eggs. The system is fully automated and features a simple and intuitive user interface for easy operation. The control system also provides remote access, enabling fast and efficient troubleshooting.

The system consists of a NAC 24 m³/h RAS unit, three Alvestad CompHatch units, and a temperature control system capable of lowering the system water temperature to 1°C. The RAS unit is designed to reuse up to 98% of the process water, significantly reducing the demand for fresh water.

The complete system was built and assembled in Denmark and underwent water testing to simulate daily operating conditions prior to delivery.

All equipment is designed for operation in Canada at 575 VAC / 60 Hz, and all applicable equipment is CSA/UL approved.
