Area of use

Scalable grading net for purge, designed for new or existing land-based aquaculture facilities. It can be used as a splash/jump net and for gentle fish movement in crowded tanks prior to harvest. The net can be attached to a crane system rail, allowing it to be raised or lowered into the fish tanks.

The construction consists of:

  • Top part with wires attached to the steel profile around the inside of the tank

  • Threaded net attached to the top part and tarpaulin

  • Round bars for the net, which lie perfectly along the bottom slope when lowered into the tank

  • Tarpaulin providing a tight and sealed connection between the threaded net and steel structure

  • Steel structure consisting of rectangular profiles around the inside of the tank, with a steel plate attached to the profiles and tarpaulin together with a threaded net

  • EPDM for a secure sealed solution, also preventing fish from ending above the net
