Handover

During this phase, the ownership of the RAS-facility, project documentation and As-Built design package is signed off and formally transferred to the deliverable owner. Prior to closing the project, knowledge-sharing and return-on-experience sessions are held with the project group.

The handover of a project typically includes:
– Onsite handover meeting
– Handover document package
– Design, project & commissioning documents
– Operations manual (according to NS9416)
– Maintenance procedures and templates
– Certificate of completion and warranty package
– Preventive maintenance & service agreement
– Project performance review & return on experience
