The design phase may overlap with the planning phase in certain instances. During this phase, the project group works on creating and coordinating time schedules, milestones, dependencies, and relevant documents.

– Communication plan & meeting routines
– Procurement, shipping & logistics plans
– RACI Matrix & BIM coordination
