At this project we helped increasing the production capacity, which was achieved through the delivery of 8 additional biofilters and degasser modules. These prefabricated tanks in PE (polyethylene) are seamlessly integrated into the existing Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) facility, enhancing its efficiency and output. To ensure precise control and monitoring, our system is equipped with SCADA technology. The biofilters boast an impressive capacity of 1,800 to 2,000 kg of feed per day, with each biofilter capable of processing 225 to 250 kg of feed per day. This expansion is not only a testament to a commitment to growth but also serves as a proof of concept, with documented reductions in turbidity. Our services cover every aspect of the project, from conceptualization and design to planning, construction, and the seamless commissioning and handover of the enhanced facility.
