3600-ton grow-out RAS facility

This facility has an impressive annual production capacity ranging from 3,600 to 4,000 tons, specializing in Grow-out systems integrated into a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). The infrastructure encompasses vital elements including a hatchery transitioning to Grow-out, water intake treatment, central energy management, facilities for fish transport and grading, sludge treatment, purification systems, and an on-site slaughterhouse.

8 add-on biofilters and degasser modules

At this project, we contributed to boosting the production capacity by delivering 8 additional biofilters and degasser modules. These pre-fabricated tanks made of polyethylene (PE) were smoothly integrated into the current Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) facility, resulting in improved efficiency and increased output.

Incubation with RAS + water intake system

This facility offers effective incubation solutions by employing a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) in tandem with a water intake system. These integrated systems consist of incubation jars, our exclusive North AquaCulture RAS, the water intake system, and temperature regulation mechanisms.

Hatchery facility

The hatchery facility features an advanced Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) with precise temperature regulation capabilities. Consisting of 12 hatchery units, the system employs our exclusive North AquaCulture RAS technology to uphold ideal conditions. Moreover, the temperature regulation function maintains a consistent and favorable environment for the hatchery process.

EC upgrade

To enhance production efficiency, we’ve initiated an EC upgrade by introducing a chiller with an exchanger for precise temperature control. This upgrade seamlessly integrates with the current Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) facility, boosting its overall efficiency and performance.
